A process nobody has written down is a process nobody can hand over; not to a new starter, and certainly not to a machine.
The best feedback I've had was someone telling me they were binning their own work. Not because I told them to, but because they realised that their approach was missing the foundations for agentic AI - what I call the Blueprint.
Teams come to me with what they think is a tooling problem and leave with a definition problem, because the blocker sits upstream of the model: nobody has written down what good looks like (foundations) or clearly defined AI’s role (process mapping).
That's not a conclusion I arrived at recently. I had already spent more than a decade building and running content operations across SaaS, tech and retail when I started working with GPT-3 in 2022, and I hit a wall. The output kept coming back competent but unusable.
That’s because we had never defined what the model was there to do.
So I wrote it down before I automated anything.
I then co-founded an AI-native company in the HR tech, an industry where you can't ship a system and work out the failure modes later. When AI touches sensitive data, you have to be explicit about the model's role and define each step of the process. Those constraints are where my methodology (the Blueprint) came from, and it’s the same discipline I now bring to marketing teams through Cowritten.
Prompts, templates and agents are only ever part of the answer, which is why I keep meeting teams who have tried all three and still hit the wall I hit in 2022.
My methodology covers everything from AI strategy and enablement to hands-on implementation, and it’s bespoke to your business and how your team works.

Certified Content Engineer
I follow content engineering best practices to design automated workflows, optimise content production with AI, create scalable SEO systems, and measure the performance of my engineered solutions.
Microsoft Most Valuable Professional
Microsoft recognised me for what I gave back to its community: explaining new technology clearly to the people who had to use it. Making the complex usable is what you get in every engagement.

Certified Scrum Product Owner
I run engagements the way a product owner runs a backlog. Scope is written down, priorities are explicit, and you see working output every cycle, with no big reveal at the end.

AI Coach
I'm an AI Coach at Applied AI Academy. I've helped marketing leaders and CMOs at companies such as Amazon, S&P Global, Zoe, Oxford Online Pharmacy, VEED and AG1 move from prompting to building with AI.

15+ years experience
Throughout my professional career, I've worked at early-stage startups and led content teams in large enterprises globally, including Asics and Coca-Cola.
Ex-founder, twice
I co-founded two tech startups and built AI-native systems before AI became mainstream. Hands-on experience applying AI to bring new products to market equips me with a unique set of skills.
I work globally
UK-based, working internationally.
